1, 2, 3-bedroom apartments, townhouses, condominiums, and duplexes for your
temporary lodging needs. Fully furnished. With all the amenities you require.

How
much does it cost?
The cost for your furnished apartment varies according to length of stay, type of accommodation, number of
bedrooms, and location. Typically, the daily cost is substantially less than
that of hotels. In addition, you get a full kitchen with amenities. And most
of all, more privacy. And more space. Unlike hotels, you pay a single monthly
payment or, if so desired, we can bill your company direct so you can enjoy
life. A 30 Day Minimum Stay is required.
3. What's
included in the Corporate Housing package?
Our
corporate houses are fully furnished, complete with all the housewares and amenities
you're accustomed to having in your own home, including fully equipped kitchens,
telephones, cable, TV, linens, and much more. Optional customized amenities
are also available. And many of our housing properties offer fitness facilities,
business centers, and computers with internet access.

5. How
does the process work?
You
contact us by calling a leasing agent, by registering online,
or via Email. One of our leasing agents immediately details your temporary housing requirements.
Location. Size. Price range. Pet friendly. Everything you want. Then we find
a temporary accommodation that meets your requirements. We present all options
to you. You choose one. We provide a detailed pricing quote for you to review.
You approve the quote on the temporary housing property. Sign
the lease with our agent. Once approved and signed, we begin
preparing your temporary accommodation for you to move in, complete with all
amenities. You move in. We manage
the utilities, and appropriate billing to your company, if chosen. Our agent
will stay in contact with you to ensure everything runs smoothly. Prior to completion
of your stay, we contact you to arrange how you would like to move out. We can
arrange the details with you, if you like. Then we help you find another temporary
housing property as soon as you like.

do I pay? Can you bill my Company?
Unlike
hotels, you pay a single monthly payment. Or, if so desired, we can bill your
company direct. When
you move in, you don't have to worry about deposits for utilities. We take care
of it. And if you like, we can arrange for maid service to handle all of your
housekeeping needs.
9.
Can
my pets stay with me?
Our Agents will work with you to find the ideal, pet-friendly temporary environment,
convenient and comfortable for both you and your pets. After all, pets are extended
family!
